What is a flexi-lease apartment?
An apartment you can lease for business or family use - but with no onerous lease conditions and the option to leave it empty for up to 6-weeks at a time. Only pay a minimal $200 pwk when you are not using the apartment and return at any time.

What is a flexi week - how does it work?
A flexi-week is a period (from 1-6 weeks) when you do not need your apartment as you may be away on business or on holiday. Rather than pay full rental for those weeks you simply notify us in advance, tell us what luggage/equipment to place in the secure storeroom - and pay just $200 pwk during those flexi-weeks.
When you return your luggage will be placed back in the fully cleaned apartment and you resume living there as normal. You and your company save money with no disruption to your lifestyle.
To use your flexi-weeks you must inform Verandah 4-weeks before using the flexi-week option. Flexi-weeks can be used at anytime during your stay.
How do I book an apartment?
Make an enquiry through this website. Alternatively email or call us 1300 762 216 anytime for a quote. Once you have chosen the dates and the apartment type you would like to book, we will send you a very simple 1-page contract and details of your apartment. Payments are made in advance, in 4-weekly instalments.
Minimum lease period is 3-months and you can extend the lease for 4-weeks at a time - or upgrade to a longer term. For shorter stays refer to our weekly or 28-day plus packages.
What are our rates?
The Flexi Lease page shows current rate table. It also shows how many flexi-weeks you are entitled to. The longer your stay the more flexi-weeks you get and the lower the rate. Call 1300 762 216 anytime to get a quote.
What are our payment options?
You may: - Pay by credit card when you book an apartment. - Use your credit card when you book the apartment to secure the booking and pay eftpos/cash on arrival. Or pay on invoice direct to us prior to arrival.
A credit card for security is required at check in and/or a valid company purchase order.
Lease payments are made 4-weekly in advance.
What if I want to cancel or amend my contract?
You may amend your contract with a minimum of 4-weeks notice. There is no penalty to step down or up to a different contract period, you simply pay the rate applicable to your lease term.
What is included in the apartments?
Our apartments are absolutely fully furnished. They include the highest quality linen and toweling, 42" TV, full kitchen and laundry. You can also order the following extras: rollway bed, baby-cot, baby bath, highchair, extra mattress & linen, Foxtel TV and dedicated internet.
Apartments are fully cleaned weekly by Verandah housekeeping. Hotel quality linen and towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries are replenished at the same time. Internet access and Foxtel TV are optional extras - see below for costs.
How do I arrange check-in?
To arrange check-in, telephone or text 0414 785 754 the day before arrival (full directions and instructions are sent to you on booking). Our managers are on site at the property and can check you in at any time. Check in time is from 2pm and check out is 12-midday.
Is there car parking?
Every apartment has an allocated space in a secure garage. Extra spaces may be available on request.
Do we provide internet access? Can I get Foxtel TV?
We provide a wireless broadband service which may be accessed via your laptop. Verandah staff will provide you login details at check-in. This service is charged at $10 per week and a fair use policy applies.
You may also request a dedicated connection at the cost of $25 per week. This service operates via a 3G card and included router (connect up to 4-computers). The cost includes up to 8-Gb of data per 4-week period.
VOIP and file-sharing applications may not be used with the base wireless service.
Foxtel TV is an optional extra at the rate of $25 per week. the package includes movies, sport, kids channels and general news & entertainment.
What can I do with our luggage before check-in and after check-out, or during my flexi-weeks?
We are able to store luggage for you prior to your check-in time or after you check-out. Call to arrange storage. You may store luggage/equipment free of charge at the Verandah office or in your own storeroom. We will place your luggage in your aprtment when you return.
